钻具振动录井技术在苏丹钻井工程中的应用 预览 被引量:3

摘要 针对钻具振动录井应用研究尚显不足的现状,概括介绍了钻具振动产生的原因、机理及其对录井技术应用的意义,阐述了钻具振动分析系统如何通过对电扭矩、转盘转速、大钩负荷和立管压力等测量信号的实时采集分析,得到振动频次、振动指数等参数,进而对工程、地质异常做出预测,达到减少工程事故、及时判断地下岩性和地层的目的。结合长城钻探录井公司使用LEAP—Pacemaker综合录井仪,在苏丹6区应用钻具振动录井技术在工程异常、地质异常预报方面取得的经验,对应用中发现的问题和下一步推广使用提出了建议。实践证明,钻具振动录井技术可在综合录井中发挥更大的作用,值得推广使用。 According to the state of the un-enough application study of drilling tool vibration mud logging technology,the authors made a brief introduction of the cause and mechanism of drilling tool vibration and the significance of its mud logging technology,elaborated how drilling tool vibration analysis system got parameters of vibration frequency and vibration index by real-time acquisition analysis of the measurement signals of torque,rotary speed,hook load and standpipe pressure,and made predictions of engineering and geological anomalies,thus achieving the purpose of reducing engineering accidents and timely judging underground lithology and stratigraphy.Combining with the experience in engineering anomaly prediction and geological anomaly prediction,which were gained by Great Wall Drilling & Exploration Engineering Corporation in application of drilling tool vibration mud logging technique in Sudan Block 6 with LEAP-Pacemaker Mud Logging Unit,the authors made suggestions for the problems that were found in application and for the next step of promoting its use.It has been proved in practice that the drilling tool vibration mud logging technique plays a greater role in comprehensive mud logging,and it is worth to promote its use.
