摘要 介绍了传统消除残余应力方法的不足,从微观位错的角度阐述了超声波消除焊接残余应力的机制,利用透射电子显微镜观察冲击前后焊缝材料内部晶粒的滑移和位错,采用x射线积分法检测冲击前后的焊接残余应力,并对其进行分析。验证了超声波冲击后,焊缝材料内部晶粒实现了从高能位向低能位的运动,达到了释放残余应力的目的。 The shortages of the traditional methods for eliminating weld residual stress have been introduced. The mechanism of eliminating weld residual stress using ultrasonic has been investigated based on the micro-dislocation. The grain sliding and dislocation at the welding zone have been observed by transmission electron microscope before and after ultrasonic impacting, and the welding residual stress has been measured by X-ray integral method both before and after ultrasonic impacting as well. The analysis result confirms that the grains at welding zone slide from high energy position to low energy position after ultrasonic impact, therefore the residual stress would be released.
