水稻耐储藏种质筛选和遗传多样性分析 预览 被引量:4

Screening of Rice Germplasms with Storability and Analysis of Their Genetic Diversity

摘要 采用恒温恒湿培养箱在42℃、RH88%的条件下人工老化21d的方法筛选243份水稻种质的耐储藏特性,SSR分子标记分析人工老化后发芽率在40%以上60份种质资源的遗传多样性和聚类分析。结果表明,人工老化后发芽率小于40%的有180份,占74.10%;发芽率41%~70%的有45份,占18.52%;发芽率在70%以上的仅有16份,占6.58%。遗传相似系数以0.44为阈值时,可分2大类;遗传相似系数以0.72为阈值时,可分为12亚类。说明60份材料的遗传多样性比较丰富,可以作为水稻耐储藏特性遗传育种研究的基础材料。 The storability of 243 rice collections introduced from Shanghai Research Center of Agrobiological Gene was carried out with artificial aging for 21 days under the condition of 42℃,RH88%.180 collections(74.10% of total samples) have less than 40% germination rate,45 collections(18.5% of total) have the germination rate between 41% and 70%,only 16 collections(6.58% of total) have more than 70% germination rate by artificial aging.Cluster analysis of 60 storable collections which have more than 40% germination rate,was carried out with SSR markers for the analysis of germplasm genetic diversity.Genetic similarity coefficient value of 0.44 for the domain can be divided into two categories;genetic similarity coefficient to 0.72 as the threshold can be divided into 12 sub-categories.They are rich in genetic diversity which can be used as storage characteristics of rice genetics and breeding resistant base material.
