摘要 锌指结构转录因子中的E盒结合锌指蛋白(zinc finger E-box-binding protein,ZEB)家族是胚胎发育中必须的转录因子,ZEB基因的突变能够引起严重的畸形,同时ZEB能通过调节细胞周期、凋亡、衰老、侵袭转移和间质血管生成等方面调节恶性肿瘤进展,本文将概述ZEB家族与恶性肿瘤发展间的关系。 The zinc finger E-box-binding protein(ZEB) family of zinc finger transcription factor is an essential player during normal embryonic development.Mutations in ZEB encoding genes cause severe syndromic malformations.Recent studies have shown that the ZEB can regulate tumor progression by regulating cell cycle progression,apoptosis,senescence,angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis.In this review,we summarized the relationship between ZEB family and the progression of cancer.
