两系杂交水稻培两优288高产保质制种原理与技术 预览 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨两系杂交水稻培两优288高产保质制种原理与技术,对母本培矮64S不育性表达及制种基地气候生态条件的要求,父母本生长发育规律,制种异交特性及异交栽培种子保纯,黑粉病防治等技术措施进行了研究,结果表明,该组合适宜在湖南-季稻区夏制,湘中、湘南双季稻区秋制,以生敏感期和抽穗授粉安全为前提选择制种基地和安排播种期,对父母本实行定向栽培,母本群体要求稳长、多穗、整齐、父本要求多穗、大穗、花粉量足,母本 To study high yield and quality preserving principles and technologies of the two line hybrid rice Peiliangyou288,researches are carried out on the following aspects:the sterility expression of Pei′ai 64S,the ecological conditions of breeding base,the regular growth pattern of its both parents,out crossing characteristics,out crossing cultivation,seed purity maintaining and kernel smut control. The results show that it is suitable to breed seed in summer in one crop area of Hunan province,or in two crop area also in this province,such as the central and southern part of Hunan. The selection of seed breeding base and seeding time is based on the stable sterility and favorable climate conditions for pollination. Orientation is needed in the cultivation of both parents. That is to say,female population has a stedy growth with more and uniform panicles,while male population has more and bigger panicles with affluent pollens. The female′s heading is 2 ̄3 days earlier than that of the male,which is an ideal synchnonization.600 ̄675 g/hm 2 of GA 3 application and proper flay leaf clipping make the female panicle layer grow into same size. What′s more,the female panicle layer is more exerted and favorable for out crossing. All this demands a strict check on the field purity. The combinational use of agricultural and chemical preventive treatment has a significant effect on the control of kernel smut.
