回干处理对2种野生禾草种子萌发的影响 预览 被引量:2

Effect of Dehydration Treatment on Seed Germination of 2 Kinds of Wild Gramineous Forage

摘要 [目的]探索不同牧草种子在干旱条件下的萌发能力,为恢复草地植被和补播生产实践提供理论依据。[方法]以野生羊草和无芒雀麦的种子为材料,设置回干时间(1、10、20 d)和回干温度(20、30℃),进行回干处理,用15/25℃变温条件下纸上萌发法测定种子的萌发率及发芽指数。[结果]羊草和无芒雀麦吸水-回干处理后种子萌发率均下降,羊草下降幅度为5%~13%,无芒雀麦下降幅度为5%~10%。回干时间和回干温度对羊草和无芒雀麦的发芽率和发芽指数都有影响,羊草种子能耐长时间的低温回干(20℃,20 d),无芒雀麦种子能耐短时间的高温回干(30℃,1~10 d)。[结论]不同的牧草品种耐回干的能力不同。 [Objective] The study was to explore seed germination ability of different forage under drought condition and provide the theoretical basis for recoverying grassland vegetation and reseeding production practice. [ Method] With the seed of wild Leyrnus chinensis and Bromus inermis as tested materials, the dehydration time(1, 10 and 20 d)and dehydration temperature (20 and 30℃) were set up to make for dehydration treatment, and with the method of germinating seeds on paper under variable temperature condition of 15/25℃, the germination rate and germination index of seed were detected. [Result] Alter hydration-dehydration treatment, the seed germination rates of L. chinensis and B. inermis were all decreased and the decrease amplitude of L. chinensis was 5 % - 13 %, that of B. inerm/s was 5 % - 10%. The dehydration time and dehydration temperatare all had some effects on seed germination rate and germination index of L. chinensis and B. inerm/s, and the L. chinensis seed could endure dehydration at low temperature for long time (20℃ ,20 d), B. Inermis seed could endure dehydration at high temperatm'e for short time (30℃, 1 - 10d). [Conclusion] The abilities of dehydration tolerance of different forage varieties were different.
