银耳多糖的提取及其美容功效研究 被引量:15

Extraction of polysaccharides in tremella fuciformis and its functions in cosmetics

摘要 利用热水浸提法从银耳干品中提取银耳多糖,通过四因素三水平正交试验得到了较佳提取条件:料水质量比1:50、pH=9、90℃提取6h。通过结晶紫法、体内测水合率和水分散失率法以及体外测水分散失率法证明银耳多糖具有较好的保湿能力和一定的抗氧化能力,可用于化妆品中。 Polysaccharides was extracted from tremella fuciformis by hot water extraction. The optimum conditions for the extraction were obtained by using orthogonal experimental design L9 (34). Results showed that, the extraction temperature is 90℃, ratio of raw material to water is 1 : 50, time for extraction is 6 h, pH value is kept at 9. The anti - oxidizing capacity of the polysaccharide product was measured by crystal violet method. The moisturizing capacity of the polysaccharide product was measured by in - vivo mean moisture value determination and in -vivo transepidermal water loss determination, as well as in -vitro water loss determination. Results comparison with other moisturizing products showed that the tremella fuciformis polysaccharide has good moisturizing capacity and certain anti -oxidizing capacity.
