摘要 目的 探讨二氧化硫(SO2)及其衍生物对大鼠血压的影响。方法 选用Wistar雄性大鼠16只,随机分为2组,每组各8只。实验组一次性静脉给予SO2供体亚硫酸钠/亚硫酸氢钠(Na2SO3/NaHSO3)(3:1摩尔比,溶于1mol/L的9g/L盐水中,pH7.4)125μmol/kg,后观察大鼠平均动脉压(MBP)及其血清SO2水平;对照组给予等剂量9g/L盐水。观察SO2对大鼠血压的影响。采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计学处理。结果静脉输注Na2SO3/NaHSO3后30s内大鼠MBP显著下降,从(14.13±0.23)kPa降至(8.67±0.65)kPa(t=22.446 P〈0.01),约10min恢复正常;血清SO2水平在给药约1min升至最高,从(4.64±0.61)μmol/L升至(721.98±30.11)μmol/L(t=48.422P〈0.01);2h后,血清SO2水平恢复正常(10.48±0.71)μmol/L。对照组BMP和SO2水平均无明显变化。结论外源性给予SO2供体后可降低大鼠动脉血压。推测SO2也可能对心血管功能的调节发挥重要的生物学作用。 Objective To explore the influence of sulfur dioxide ( SO2 ) and its derivatives on blood pressure of rat. Methods Sixteen Wistar male rats were used in this experiment and divided into 2 groups randomly. Na2SO3/NaHSO3 (molar ratio :3 : 1, pH 7.4 ) in a concen- tration of 1 mol/L in normal saline was intravenously injected to experimental rats in a dose of 125 μmol/kg,while the same dose of saline were intravenously injected to control rats, then the changes of mean blood pressure (MBP) and serum SO2 content were measured. Results MBP of experimental rats decreased to the lowest level in 30 s [from (14.13 ±0.23) kPa to (8.67 ±0.65) kPa,t =22.446 P 〈0.01 ] and then returned to the normal level ( 14.40 ± 0.79 ) kPa within 10 min. Meanwhile, serum SO2 increased rapidly after the intravenous injection of Na2SO3/NaHSO3,peaking at 1 min [from (4.64±0.61) to (721.98±30.11) μmol/L,t =48.422 P〈0.01],then gradually returned to the normal level ( 10.48 + 0.71 ) μmol/L in about 2 h. The MBP and serum SO2 concentration did not change obviously. Conclusion Exogenous SO2 and its derivatives can lower blood pressure. SO2 possibly play an important role in regulation of Cardiovascular functien.
