The experiment Studied the relationship between different sowing densities and macro-vascular bundle system of elongated internodes, and spike productivity. The results were as follows: The Sowing density had significant influence on the development of macro-vascular bundle system of elongated initernodes (number and cross-section's area of macro-vascular bundle) developed extent were significantly positive correlation to spike productivity. Different sowing density had significant influence on thickness of culm wall,diameter and length of niternodes and culm,capacity of resistance to lodging,and also had significant influence on number of spike, grain number, grain weight and yield.
