整合素与子宫内膜容受性关系的研究进展 预览 被引量:12

摘要 整合素是一类细胞表面粘附分子,在子宫内膜表面表达有时空特异性。整合素对子宫内膜容受性有很大影响,αυβ3、α4β1、α1β1可作为子宫内膜容受性的标志分子.整合素的表达受到了激素性、细胞因子性、胚胎性等多种信号的调节。这些信号交叉形成一个调控网络,单一因素的缺失可由其它旁路途径进行补充。整合素可能通过改变构型和N端糖基化的方式增加与配体的亲和力.αυβ3及其配体骨桥蛋白在子宫内膜容受性的形成中扮演了很重要的角色。通过“三明治”模型,微亲和力的整合素识别效应可达到累积。该支对整合素在子宫内膜“围着床期”的表达、调控及作用方式进行综述. Integrins are a large family of transmembrane adhesion molecules that mediate cell attachment to a varied kinds of ligands. And the endometrial lumenal epithelia appear to involve in changes in temporal and spatial patterns of integrin expression. Integrins are closely associated with endometrial receptivity, αυβ3 ,α4β1 ,α1β1 can be regarded as markers of endometrial receptivity. Many signals such as hormonal, cytokinic, embryonic signals and so on , modulate expression of integrins. These signals form a network, one missing factor could be replaced by other bypass approaches. Integrins can intensify affinity to ligands through structure twists and N end glycosylation. αυβ3 and its ligand osteopontin(OPN) play an important role in establishment of endometrial receptivity. Through a sanwich model, the cognition effectiveness of integrins with minimal affinity can bc aecumulated. In this review, we summarized the expression, signal modulation and form of action in endometrial peri - implantation period of integrins.
