水稻两用核不育系育性转换光温反应型的分类研究 预览 被引量:38

Classification of Fertility Response to Photoperiod and Temperature in Dual Purpose Genic Male Sterile Lines (Oryza sativa L.)

摘要 在人工控制的9种光温处理下,对76份水稻两用核不育系的育性转换光温反应进行了研究,根据自交结实率的光周期效应,温度效应和光温互作效应的分析,供试的两用核不育系中,占96%的不育系的育性转换光温反应型可归为以下3种:(1)光周期敏感不育型,其统计学特征是育性转换的光温互作效主尖和光周期效应显著而温度效应不显著;(2)温度敏感不育型,其统计学特征是育性转换的温度效应显著而光周期效应不显著,光温互作效应 Fertility response to photoperiod and temperature in 76 dual purpose genic male sterile lines(Oryza sativa L.) was studied under 9 controlled combinations of photoperiods with temperatures. According to the variance analysis on seed setting data, 96% of the total male sterile lines studied can be grouped into four types as follows: (1)Photoperiod sensitive genic male sterility (PGMS), characterized by significant (P<0.05) photoperiod(P) effect and P×T interaction and non significant (P>0.05) temperature (T) effect, (2)Thermosensitive genic male sterility (TGMS), by significant T effect, non significant P effect, significant or non significant P×T interaction, and (3) Photo thermosensitive genic male sterility (P TGMS), by only significant P×T interaction. Among japonica lines studied, PGMS, TGMS and P TGMS account for 34.8%, 13.0% and 47.8%, respectively. Among indica lines, TGMS and P TGMS account for 73.6% and 22.6%, respectively and no PGMS was detected. The results indicate that the dual purpose genic male sterile lines are diversified on fertility response to photoperiod and temperature. Selection of fertility response to photoperiod and temperature available to produce two line system hybrid rice is discussed.
