遗传学实验中引入科研思维的探索教学——RNA干扰实验的开展与反馈 预览 被引量:8

A Teaching Exploration of the Scientific Thinking Introduced in Genetic Experiments: conducting and feedback of the experiment about RNA interference

摘要 RNA干扰技术是现代遗传学常用的研究工具。在本科生遗传学实验教学中引入贴近科研发展趋势的实验,是激发学生科研兴趣和积极性,培养科学思维素质的有效途径之一。在不断摸索和改进的基础上,我们尝试开展了RNA干扰教学实验,学生的实验结果显示双链小干扰RNA对绿色荧光蛋白的干扰效果非常明显。在对学生的调查反馈显示,有超过80%的学生对该实验的引入及设计方案表示满意,并表示在此实验中能获取到贴近前沿的遗传学思想。这些充分说明RNA干扰实验的开展获得了很好的教学效果。
