摘要 根据机器视觉检测杂交水稻种子质量的要求,对单粒、静态稻种图像进行霉变分析识别.比较了提取颜色特征的3种方法,研究了基于颜色特征的稻种霉变检测算法,经试验验证,该算法对正常稻种、轻度霉变稻种、严重霉变稻种的检测准确率分别为92%、95%、83%. A digital image analysis algorithm was developed to inspect mildewed rice seeds quickly and accurately based on color feature. Three methods of color feature extracting were tested and the results showed that the blocks method was best. The algorithm was applied to a 5×600 images set,which included black background, white background and both sides images of rice seeds. The algorithm achieved an accuracy of 92% for normal seeds, 95% for spot mildewed seeds and 83% for severe mildewed seeds. Error analysis provided suggestions for increasing the accuracy further.
