养分量比对基质栽培叶菜硝酸盐累积及其营养品质的影响 预览 被引量:9

Effects of N, P, K combinations on nitrate accumulation and nutrient quality of foliage vegetables grown in soil-less culture

摘要 试验研究5种养分量比[N:P2O5:K2O分别为1:1:1(BNpK)、3:1:2(HNK)、2:1:3(HKN)、2:3:1(HPN)和3:2:1(HNp)]对基质栽培叶菜硝酸盐累积及其营养品质的影响结果表明,以有机肥为基础,养分组合量比对芹菜生长、产量和维生素C、可溶性糖(HPN处理除外)、氨基酸(HPN和HNP除外)含量等营养品质均有降低作用,但对硝酸盐累积作用不明显.5种养分组合量比可提高生菜产量(HNp除外)以及维生素C(HPN除外)、可溶性糖(HKN、HNK除外)和氨基酸(HNP除外)含量,降低生菜硝酸盐含量(HNK除外)4.5%~41.8%. The effects of N, P, K combinations [N∶P 2O 5∶K 2O=1∶1∶1(B NPK ),3∶1∶2(H NK ),2∶1∶3(H KN ),2∶3∶1(H PN ) and 3∶2∶1(H NP ), respectively] on nitrate accumulation and nutrient quality of foliage vegetables grown in soil less culture were studied. The results show that the growth, yield, the contents of VC, soluble sugar (except H PN treatment) and amino acid (except H PN and H NP treatments) are reduced in all treatments, but there is no different effect on the nitrate accumulation in celery. The yields (except H NP treatment) and the contents of VC (except H PN treatment), soluble sugar (except H KN and H NK treatments) and amino acid (except H NP treatment) in romaine lettuce are increased, but the nitrate contents of romaine lettuce are decreased by 4 5%~41 8% (except H NK treatment).
