养护对高性能混凝土的脆性影响的试验研究 预览 被引量:7

Experimental research on the influence of curing conditions on the brittleness of high performance concrete

摘要 在4种不同养护条件下,通过在混凝土拌和物中掺入养护剂SAP、硅灰和粉煤灰的情况下,进行对比试验,测定混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度,并用拉压比表示混凝土的脆性指标.研究结果表明,养护对4类高性能混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度产生较大的影响;掺入养护剂SAP,可使高性能混凝土脆性得到改善;在相同的养护条件下,混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度有较好的相关性. Contrastive experiments were made under four different curing conditions on the concrete which was mixed with the curing compound SAP, silica fume and fly ash.The splitting tension strength and the compressive strength of the concrete were measured,and the ratio of the splitting tension strength to the compressive strength is used to represent the brittleness of concrete.The experimental results prove that curing has a significant impact on both the splitting tension strength and the compressive strength of the four kinds of high performance concrete,and that the curing compound SAP reduces the brittleness of high performance concrete to a certain degree. The experimental results also show that the splitting tension strength and the compressive strength of concrete are closely related under the same curing conditions.
