微型学习下农林院校情景剧教学模式的探索与实践——以《金融学》课程为例

Exploration and Practice of Sitcom Teaching Mode in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Base of Micro-learning——Take the Curriculum of Finance as an Example

摘要 农林院校经济管理专业要想与综合性大学与财经院校在人才竞争中获得优势,需要加强教学模式与人才培养机制的改革,强化学生的创新与应用能力。微型学习下情景剧教学是农林院校重要的教学方法创新,通过模块化、场景化将课程知识点进行分解,学生通过情景剧本设计、人物塑造与演绎进行理论知识学习与实践。河北农业大学通过在《金融学》教学中引入情景剧教学方法,发现学生在微型学习下学习兴趣、知识掌握能力、课堂活跃度与考试成绩均有所提高,情景剧教学创新成为提高大学生微型学习能力的有效途径。 In order to gain advantages in talent competition with comprehensive universities and financial colleges,the major of economic management in agricultural and forestry colleges needs to strengthen the reform of teaching mode,and strengthen the innovation and application ability of students..Sitcom teaching under Microlearning is a teaching method innovation in agricultural and forestry colleges.Through modularization and scenario decomposition,college students learn and practice theoretical knowledge through scenario design,characterization and deduction.By introducing sitcom teaching method into the teaching of Finance in Hebei Agricultural University,It has found that the sitcom teaching method has achieved good results under micro-learning,especially in learning interest,knowledge acquisition ability,classroom activity and examination results.The successful experience of teaching method in the reform of Finance Teaching in agricultural and forestry colleges should be further promoted.The sitcom teaching innovation has become an effective way to improve students’Micro-learning ability.
