摘 要:
传统仪器由于不具有开放体系结构与信息完整性支持能力.无法实现远程测控与分布式测试.同时.大量仪器资源无法实现开放巨联与共享,以技大量测试信息不能被有效传输和利用;为了解决仪器技术在广域应用中存在的普遍问题.阐述了测试仪器的发展历程.深入分析了测试仪器存在的主要问题.指出了信息完整性和开放体系结构是问题的本质原因,提出了以“测控网”+“传感器”为基本形态,具有信息完整性支持能力和开放体系结构的网络仪器(ION.the Instrument on Network)新概念,论述了网络仪器解决测试仪器自身问题以及实现信息资源开放共享和仪器资源防同互联的基本思路。[著者文摘]

Present Situation of the Test Instrument and Expectation on the Instrument in the Future

Abstract:
Due to the absence of open architeclure and information integrity in traditional instrument, the remote measurement, control and distribute test cannot be realized. AI the same time, the open interconnect and sharing of the instrument resource cannot be carried out, and lhe test information cannot be transferred and used. That is, there exists the universally problem of the instrument lechnology for theapplication in wide area. To solve lhe problem, with a brief review of the evolution of the test instrument and indeplh analysis of major prob lems concerning it, the paper points out information inlegrity and open architecture are the core of the problems, then goes on to propose a new concepl of the Instrument on Network (ION) with “ Measure and Control Network” plus “sensors” as its basic form, capable of information integrity and open architecture, and finally expounds some basic thinking of ION to solve problems of the test instrument, open and share data resources and interconnect instrument resources in coordination.[著者文摘]
