摘 要:
应用活体取卵(OPU)技术采集遗传背景清晰的卵母细胞作为受体细胞,与不同来源的供体细胞核进行体细胞核移植(SCNT).通过微卫星DNA及线粒体DNA检测,分别对5头克隆牛核内和核外DNA进行了分析.结果表明克隆牛的微卫星DNA与核供体牛完全一致,而线粒体DNA则全部来源于卵母细胞.[著者文摘]

Identification of Genetic Materials in Cloned Cattle by Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer

Abstract:
The oocytes having specific genetic background recovered by ovum pick up (OPU) technology, were used as recipient ceils of somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) to receive donor nuclei from different origins.The nuclear and cytoplasm DNAs of five cloned cattle were detected by mierosatellite DNA analysis and mitoehondrial DNA analysis,respectively.The results of the present study indicate that the microsatellite DNA of cloned cattle is consistent with the nuclear donor absolutely.However,their mtDNA is originated from corresponding oocytes completely.[著者文摘]
